FAQ

How do I book?

Send an inquiry below. You'll get a contract and an invoice for the 25% non-refundable deposit. Your date is held once both are done.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

With more than a week's notice, you get one free reschedule. With less than a week's notice, payments are non-refundable.

When do I get my photos?

One to two weeks. Need them in under a week? Rush delivery adds 10% to the project total.

Do I get the raw files?

No. Every package delivers edited finals. Raw files stay with Jorg Creative Group.

How does film work?

Film adds $750 to a private shoot and covers up to 4 rolls of 35mm and 120, development included. Each extra roll is $150.

Can another videographer work my event?

Not alongside JCG. If you want video, book the Photo + Video package so one team covers both.

Are lasers okay at my event?

No. Lasers damage camera sensors. If lasers are present, the client is liable for sensor damage and JCG may decline to shoot that day.

Where do I find my photos?

In your Pixieset gallery. You'll get the link by email when it's ready.
